The number of concurrent AI agents depends on your tier. Entry-level builds include a single agent. Growth and Enterprise configurations support multiple agents running in parallel, each capable of handling hundreds of simultaneous interactions. Scaling is handled on our end and requires no additional infrastructure from you.
All clients receive 24/7 monitoring and emergency support with a guaranteed 15-minute response time for critical issues. Our systems include automated health checks and real-time alerts, so we are typically aware of an issue before you are. Non-critical queries are handled via email with a 2-hour response window during business hours. There is no separate support tier — it is included.
