Origin
Before Falcon Mind, I spent two years building AI systems for PropTech businesses — property platforms trying to qualify leads, manage enquiries, and handle tenant communications at scale. The technology worked well. But every time I spoke to a smaller business owner about what we had built, the answer was the same: "That sounds incredible. We could never afford that."
The gap was not capability. The models existed. The infrastructure existed. The gap was deployment — someone to configure it properly, integrate it with how a business actually runs, and make sure it performs after go-live.
Falcon Mind started in Cardiff in August 2024 to close that gap. No enterprise pricing. No six-month onboarding. No sales team quoting you a platform you will never fully use. Just a direct line to the person who builds it.
