Identity and contact data
Full name, email address, and company name — submitted when you use our contact form or book a consultation. Phone number is displayed on this site but is not collected via forms.
Communication data
The content of messages you send us through the contact form.
Technical data
IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited — collected automatically by Google Analytics when you use this website.
Usage data
Information about how you interact with our website, including which pages you visit, time spent on pages, and actions taken — collected via Google Analytics.
We do not collect payment information. We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g., health data, biometric data).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not send marketing emails.

We share data with the following third-party services in order to operate this website. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
Supabase
Our database provider. Contact form submissions (name, email, company, message) are stored securely in Supabase's hosted PostgreSQL database. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II certified. Privacy policy.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects anonymised usage and technical data via cookies. Google may process this data on servers outside the UK/EU (see section 7). You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google privacy policy.
We may disclose personal data to law enforcement or regulatory bodies where we are legally required to do so.
Google Analytics may transfer and process data on servers located outside the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK ICO as a safeguard for such transfers. For further information, see Google's privacy policy.
Contact form data is stored by Supabase. Supabase's EU hosting region stores data within the European Economic Area. We use Supabase's EU region.
We do not otherwise transfer personal data outside the UK/EEA.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
On expiry of the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
