This website is operated by FalconMind Solutions, a trading name operated by Sameer Shaik, based in Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, FalconMind Solutions is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

Identity and contact data

Full name, email address, and company name — submitted when you use our contact form or book a consultation. Phone number is displayed on this site but is not collected via forms.

Communication data

The content of messages you send us through the contact form.

Technical data

IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited — collected automatically by Google Analytics when you use this website.

Usage data

Information about how you interact with our website, including which pages you visit, time spent on pages, and actions taken — collected via Google Analytics.

We do not collect payment information. We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g., health data, biometric data).

3. How We Collect Data

  • Directly from you when you submit our contact form
  • Directly from you when you book a consultation via our website
  • Automatically via Google Analytics when you visit our website (see section 9)
  • Via email when you reply to or initiate correspondence with us

4. How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to your enquiry or consultation request
  • To carry out pre-contractual steps and, if you become a client, to perform our contract with you
  • To improve our website content and user experience using aggregated analytics data
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not send marketing emails.

6. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party services in order to operate this website. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Supabase

Our database provider. Contact form submissions (name, email, company, message) are stored securely in Supabase's hosted PostgreSQL database. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II certified. Privacy policy.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects anonymised usage and technical data via cookies. Google may process this data on servers outside the UK/EU (see section 7). You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google privacy policy.

We may disclose personal data to law enforcement or regulatory bodies where we are legally required to do so.

7. International Data Transfers

Google Analytics may transfer and process data on servers located outside the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK ICO as a safeguard for such transfers. For further information, see Google's privacy policy.

Contact form data is stored by Supabase. Supabase's EU hosting region stores data within the European Economic Area. We use Supabase's EU region.

We do not otherwise transfer personal data outside the UK/EEA.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Contact form submissions: retained for 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion, whichever is earlier
  • Email correspondence: retained for 24 months from the last communication
  • Google Analytics data: retained for 14 months (our configured retention period in Google Analytics)
  • Client project data: retained for 6 years from end of engagement in accordance with UK accounting and legal obligations

On expiry of the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

9. Your Rights Under UK GDPR

You have the following rights regarding your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@falconmind.solutions. We will respond within one calendar month.

Right to access

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Right to rectification

You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

Right to erasure

You may request deletion of your personal data where there is no compelling reason for us to continue processing it.

Right to restrict processing

You may request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.

Right to data portability

You may request a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

Right to object

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including for analytics purposes.

Right to withdraw consent

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Right to lodge a complaint

10. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies to operate Google Analytics. Specifically:

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)

These cookies collect anonymised information about how visitors use our site — which pages were visited, how long was spent, and where visitors came from. No personally identifiable information is stored in these cookies. The primary cookies set are _ga, _ga_*.

Essential session cookies

Our hosting platform and database infrastructure may set technical cookies necessary for the website to function correctly. These do not track you across sites.

To opt out of Google Analytics tracking, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Most browsers also allow you to block or delete cookies via their settings.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or social media tracking pixels.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected individuals.
